CLSI_7 Steps to Excellent Customer Service

The following is a defined process to implement a formal Customer Service process within any company. 

 

The key to success is to identify every interaction between company team members and customers, from the receptionist to the collection person. It initially appears to be overwhelming but surprisingly, there are only approximately 150 touchpoints. Once identified, then defined procedures and expectations can be created for training and tracking.
